In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the wg999 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gaming services is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.

By registering an account on wg999, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are the true and sole owner of the account you are registering and all information provided is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• You are not currently self-excluded from the wg999 platform or any other gaming platform as part of a responsible gaming restriction;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of wg999 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and are not operating under any instruction, arrangement, or agreement with any third party in relation to your use of wg999.

Account Limits

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the wg999 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wg999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently forfeit all balances held in such accounts without prior notice.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wg999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wg999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — shall be deemed your activity and you shall bear full responsibility for it. This includes, without limitation, all wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested.

wg999 recommends that all players use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service, and enable all available two-factor authentication mechanisms where offered by the platform.

Deposits

wg999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods published on the platform from time to time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, debit card, and credit card. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. wg999 targets processing of withdrawal requests for verified accounts within five (5) minutes, though this timeframe is not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or pending identity verification.

wg999 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. No interest shall accrue on any withheld funds during the period of investigation.

wg999 offers various bonuses, cashback promotions, free play credits, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough requirements), which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer is available to each eligible Player only once unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• wg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing the rights of Players who have already accepted an active offer in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting all applicable wagering requirements.
• Any Player found to be manipulating bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk exposure, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have all Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.
• wg999 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a particular betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse.

All games available on the wg999 platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. Where conflict exists between game-specific rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

wg999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Game outcomes are independently audited and the platform does not have the ability to influence or alter any outcome once a game round has commenced. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game round, wg999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed on that round to the relevant Players' Accounts. wg999 shall not be liable for any additional losses — actual or anticipated — arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the wagered amount.

For sports betting markets, wg999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend markets where an event is abandoned, rescheduled, or where the integrity of an event is compromised. Settlement of sports bets shall be governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the wg999 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice or recourse:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Registration of more than one Account per natural person;
• Use of any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to interact with the platform or manipulate game outcomes;
• Any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of any technical error, software vulnerability, or system bug to gain credits or advantages — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Use of the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Use of payment methods that do not belong to or are not authorised by the Account holder;
• Abuse of the wg999 bonus and promotion system in any manner;
• Any conduct that wg999 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its other Players, or its operational systems.

wg999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The platform provides the following tools, which are accessible at any time directly within Account Settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the amount of time spent in active gameplay within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wg999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any wg999 content;
• Use any wg999 branding, trademarks, or visual identity for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or proprietary technology used on the wg999 platform;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the wg999 platform.

Any unauthorised use of wg999 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wg999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or interruption of service;
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent technical outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

wg999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The wg999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wg999 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

wg999 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the wg999 Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number, email address), financial transaction data, identity verification documents, device and session data, and gameplay activity.
